Return period

Return shipping costs
The customer bears the return shipping costs unless it is an incorrect, damaged, or defective delivery.
Please do not return products to us without prior contact.
Damaged or incorrect delivery
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.

Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of the refund.
For approved returns, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Processing the refund may take a few business days depending on the payment provider.
Uncollected or undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, non-collection, or failed delivery, any shipping or return costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.
